The Vision

Our vision is for a world-class Cancer and Wellness Centre dedicated to providing the very best of medical treatment and supportive care for cancer patients and their families. It will include an integrated research facility, to help speed up the process of searching for and implementing new treatments to help stop cancer from spreading and occurring.

The Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre will build on the cancer care and expertise at the Austin Hospital which has been provided since 1882 and bring together the Austin's extensive existing cancer services; and the research facilities of the global Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research - in a 21st century purpose-built centre.

A special feature will be the Wellness Centre, offering a full range of supportive programs and complementary therapies, extending the wellness philosophy that will underpin the whole approach of the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre.
