We invite you to become a Olivia's Circle Ambassador

By remembering the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre in your Will, as a token of appreciation, you will be welcomed as an Olivia's Circle Ambassador and be presented with an Olivia's Circle Ambassador Certificate and lapel pin. However, if you do not wish to receive this recognition, your wishes will be respected.

Your Will

There are a number of different ways you can make a gift in your Will to the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre.

The following are examples of the sort of bequests that can be made:

• A fixed percentage share of your estate. The advantages of this sort of bequest are, that if your estate diminishes over time, your other beneficiaries will not be disadvantaged by a significant fixed bequest. Similarly, a fixed amount may also depreciate over time so the value of your gift at the time when your estate is distributed may be less than you intended.
• A specific gift such as property, shares, jewellery or paintings.
• A specific sum of money.
• Your entire estate or the residue of your estate after the distribution of bequests to other beneficiaries.

Alternatively, you may wish to establish a trust or life insurance naming the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre as a beneficiary.

"I give to Austin Health (ABN 96 237 388 063) to be used for the purposes of the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre in the state of Victoria, the sum of $____________. The receipt of an authorized officer of Austin Health shall be an absolute discharge to my executors."    

"I give to Austin Health (ABN 96 237 388 063) to be used for the purposes of the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre in the state of Victoria, the sum residue of my estate. The receipt of an authorized officer of Austin Health shall be an absolute discharge to my executors."
