DONATION REFUND POLICY

Austin Health will refund any donation given in error by the donor to The Great Walk to Beijing 2008 for a period of 14 days after the donation has been received. To receive a refund, the donor must send a written request and a copy of the receipt to greatwalktobeijing@austin.org.au or by mail.

If either Olivia Newton John or another sponsored walker for any reason is unable to participate in The Great Walk to Beijing 2008 Austin Health will not refund any donations. On the occurrence of such event, these donations will be considered to have been made to the "Cancer Team Fund" which will go toward the "Olivia Newton-John Cancer Centre Appeal".
